From Streater's Owner...

"We just got back from training on Tampa's rubble. He did incredible - his agility is just to die for - no fear of anything!"
"Last time I weighed him, he was 76 lbs and he now has a 'Search Dog Trainee ID' with Metro Dade."
"To die for!! 'Streater' is learning so many new things every day. He already went on a ride on the doggie bus and behaved better than most campers! He ventures on to the obstacles on his own, he isn't fazed by any strange noises, he seems to understand his name and...tomorrow he will be socialized to our groomer. We are thrilled with him! He is intrigued by everything, yet very attentive to us...well, to me at least. Can't wait to see him grow!"
"Streater was 66 lbs when I took him to the vet last week. He's doing great, a pleasure to have in our lives. We're still working heavy on socializing, obedience and drive. No real search work yet. He is to die for as a trainee and to die for as a pet. I am in love with him more than I could ever have imagined. He loves to play, run, bike with us, swim, kayak, etc., etc."
"Streater is to die for...been on the Doggie Bus ride, to home depot shopping, to the fields with noises, around our campers...etc., etc. We're off to South Beach this weekend to get him around more strangers, noises, etc. He sits and downs great - will learn stay this week. He's just a pleasure to have in our lives!"
"I have to tell you this guy is awesome! We went to a juvenile delinquent center yesterday to talk about my business and my search work - great socialization for Streater! I did a demo with Thea and I put these seats in different areas to direct her on to them. Any way, Streater watched while being held back by someone and when we were done, he went right up to the metal chairs and tried getting on them! He will try to do anything Thea does, how easy can that training be?? He's been on the rubble once and did great, but, again, he's still too puppy sloppy and I don't want to leave a negative impression on him."
